Tyra Wall Sconce, Ribbed Glass Shell, Gold Finish Plate

You want a light in the hallway or beside your bed that also works as a piece of decor on the wall. This wall sconce takes the shape of a scallop shell in ribbed amber glass, and when the bulb is on, the glass glows a soft, warm amber with a gentle halo on the wall around it. The shell opens upward from two small gold balls at its base, in front of a round gold finish wall plate.

The shell measures 7.9 inches (20 cm) across and 8.7 inches (22 cm) tall, a size that suits a living room, hallway or bedroom wall or the wall above your nightstand, and one sconce is meant for a room of about 43 to 65 square feet (4 to 6 m²). The body is iron with a gold finish and the shade is glass. It is hardwired to a wall box, so you will want a licensed electrician to connect it. It takes one E14 bulb, LED or Edison style, and it comes with a warm light or a white light bulb, whichever you choose.
